Township Election Info

Lake County resident can run for Wentworth or Lakeview Townships!

Township elections will be held on Tuesday, March 1, 2022, at your local township annual meeting (required by state law SDCL 8-3-1.)

 If you'd like to run for a position on one of the two townships that cover the Lake Madison area, your Township Nominating Petitions are due on Friday, February 4th by 5:00 p.m. 

Our Townships are Lakeview & Wentworth.
